It depends on your plan. You can run only 1 campaign on the basic plan, 5 in the PRO plan and up to 20 in the Enterprise plan. If you need more campaigns please contact us.
Absolutely no. Maître was built to be used by everybody! You can change all the settings from your dashboard and to install it you just need to know how to copy and paste. With that said, Maître can be customized in granular details if you are a developer.
